By accessing or using HomePaird ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

HomePaird is a technology platform that connects home buyers with real estate agents through values-based matching. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not provide real estate advice, representation, or transactional services.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated.

We review agent-submitted license numbers against state licensing records, but we do not guarantee the performance, reliability, or suitability of any agent. All real estate transactions are between you and your chosen agent, not HomePaird.

• Free plans are available and will remain free for buyers.
• Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of subscription purchase.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate fair housing laws.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our consent.

All content, features, and functionality of HomePaird — including the matching algorithm, user interface design, and brand assets — are owned by HomePaird and protected by intellectual property laws.

HomePaird is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from real estate transactions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification.
