How we make money

Buyers and sellers always use HomePaird for free. Agents pay a monthly subscription to receive matches, and when a match closes, a share of the agent's own commission goes to HomePaird as a referral fee — the same referral-fee model real estate brokerages and networks have used for decades. Neither the buyer nor the seller pays anything extra because they found their agent through us.
